Project: 18th Street Parklet

18th Street Parklet for Ken Ken Ramen

Finished coordination and installation of new parklet at 18th and Mission in front of our restaurant Ken Ken Ramen and Alite Outpost. Designed by Sam Ferguson at Kaus Designs and built by several trades I contracted, Sam’s design is mainly an homage to brutalist simplicity. Great new addition in our efforts to build up 18th street and improve our neighborhood. 

The parklet is open to the public and lets lots more people enjoy the space compared to the single car parking spot that was there before.
